"Pursuing a Graduate degree has been on my list of goals to complete for a few years now. It has taken me longer than I initially anticipated because I tend to become overwhelmed from all sorts of things, such as obsessing over standardized testing scores and choosing the perfect program.

I mentioned my concerns to Willie, and the next time we conversed, he had a solution for me. To help me stay on track, he created an outline and a checklist for me to follow as I navigated through the entire process of applying for graduate school. We also set up biweekly check-into discuss new information, to monitor my progress, and sometimes just to exchange words of encouragement.
